What is the song playing in the new Vampire Diaries Marathon commercial?

I really like this one song in the new vampire diaries commercial for the marathon and its a guy singing, The only lyrics i can remember are “lets go together” but i’ve searched on iTunes and couldn’t find the song. BTW its a man singing. I’m sure one of you will know, Thanks!
