Vampire Diaries Season 2 Cast Update

Straight from our Beverly Hills studio, I’m Dana Ward with the Vampire Diaries update. The second season is apparently bringing us some fresh blood… in the form of a new Lockwood family member. Mason is described as Tyler’s cool, sexy, athletic uncle. If you’re dying to know WHO will be taking on this new character, there’s no word yet. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but let’s brainstorm together. What Hollywood hottie would rock this cool role? Industry peeps have already been whispering about it, listing names like Michael Rady from Melrose Place, Nico Tortorella from The Beautiful Life as well as Gossip Girl’s Kevin Zegers. @Jaymeerrific yep Damon loves her and the words which he told Elena were the best words in the whole cast. that was amazing and impressionable.
what do you think is gonna happen? i have a few predictions of my own, as well… lemme hear what you think first…? (mine is probably wrong, too. considering the unpredictable-ness of the show)

@FadedRose99 and @gabinsanity I AGREE WITH YOU’S ALL THE WAY ! Damon is soooo freaking hot ! Robert Pattinson is just fugly and Kristen Stewart – can. not. act. she’s not even pretty ! and i just hate Bella. and yeah i nearly cried too ! :’( well, i practically did :L i had tears in my eyes. everyone thinks Stefan is the good guy and sweet and perfect, but Damon is too ! and he really does care for Elena. he does deserve her. Damon & Elena have chemistry, she & Stefan aren’t as entertaining !
@gabinsanity Ah… they throw it at me as a joke, knowing full well I can dodge it. I watched the trailors over and over and over to get predictions. Most of them turn out WRONG!! That’s another love thing… it is WAY too unpredictable
@FadedRose99 lol, probably. and i’m with you on the irritating part, i hate-love how the show ends, its like a season-ending-packed 5 minutes. with a huge cliff hanger for every episode, i end up watching the last episode again and watching next episodes trailer countless times… idk how many times i watched the masquerade trailer… (oh, and from the parents hitting you-remote thing, lol, that’s why i watch it alone well, that and, everyone in my house thinks that)show is stupid except for me
@gabinsanity i do that too… which normally results with a remote thrown at me… by my parents O_O mines normally outbursts because every episode seems to irritate me to no end… but still… that Rose chick seems to have stefan’s number, eh?

@gabinsanity watched it last night oh my gosh that pisses me off!! why the hell couldnt she hug damon too!? the ending sucked… it’s just like it never happened! why did he compell her? ugh

@FadedRose99 lol, as do i. now, i just saw tonights episode (S2E8: rose)and omg, i felt so bad for damon… i don’t wanna say anything stupid over the internet, but, oh well, i think it’s too late for that… anyway, back to my point (wait, i don’t think i even had a point) i kinda wanted (a little tear) cry.
@gabinsanity because katherine was right… and the fact that elena broke it off with stefan. if this becomes delena its going to piss me off because I want damon for myself… in a totally non-conceided way tho and that whole thing with wolf-boy

@gabinsanity actually… there is a huge reason and I can almost guess what it is. In last nights premeir something huge happened. If you saw it then the cliffhanger pissed off alot of people.
@FadedRose99 hell yeah, exactly what i was thinking! but the only thing that is kinda upsetting me is the whole vampire-vs.-werewolf similarity with twilight… maybe they could have done some other supernatural creature… hmmm, any ideas???
Twilight can’t even begin to compare to this. Damon and Stefan are the new Edward and Jacob. Don’t get me wrong. Jacob is hot but Damon is DROP DEAD, MOUTH WATERING SEXY! Taylor Lautner is still a shark in my eyes. This show at least makes them have more of the original vampire theme to them. The whole stab in the heart, die without blood, burn in the sun deal going on here. Damon is drop dead gorgeous, Stefan is hot and to top it odd, Nina Dobrev can act! Vampire Diaries over Twilight!
