Vampire Diaries Damon & Elena: Will She Ever Forgive Him?

Now, we already know that Ian has a fan-base all his own, but the question remains the same: does anyone want Damon to have a real chance with Elena. Ian opened up to MTV about this exact topic and the possibility of Delena becoming a reality. Ian said: “Look, here’s the thing. I don’t know how [Damon's] going to get back into her good graces. He killed her brother, there is no better way to tell someone you love them than to snap their brother’s neck. Most people do flowers.” Ian does have a point on this one. Even so, everyone – fans, insiders, even the actors, is wondering how in the world the Damon/Elena drama will be reconciled, or if that’s even possible at all. At this point, Elena literally hates Damon with everything she has. So what do you guys think? Will Elena ever truly give the dark vampire a chance, or should Damon do what Ian thinks might be a good idea and just go to the Caribbean for 100 years. i think elena can be upset because Stefan kisses katherine and damon tunrs her and they kiss so they go out but stefan gets jelous and trys to kill damon but he fails.

I think Damon and Elena would make for some pretty interesting viewing but in order for that to happen maybe Stefan should be away on business or something and while he is away something happens between Damon and Elena which causes Elena to realize that she is in love with him too not just Stefan and also Damon to realize maybe there is a chance for him and Elena even if its in dream sequence that leads up to Elena giving Damon a chance .

i think damon and elena SHOULD be together! i love them as a pair. they have way more chemistry and a deeper relationship than stefan and elena. im totally team Delena! <3

With Stefan and Elena it’s like awwe they fit together, they look good together, he’s the nice vampire blah blah blah…but with Damon and Elena it’s chemistry, passion, it’s fiery and so hot. I think it will take time, but I seriously think Elena will crack and give in to him, because their chemistry is literally on fire!
Well, Damon apologized to her in episode 3 (season 2), and Jeremy is still alive, so.. I hope they’ll become friends again in the next episode, the descent. I saw a promotional picture of Damon and Elena hugging AND i read in a spoiler that Damon struggles to keep his true feelings to him self, so i hope that might mean, that he’s (almost) telling Elena that he loves her. At least, i don’t think he tells Rose that he loves her, they can’t do that when he just told Elena, so…
i Think Damon and Elena are meant for each other, stefan dosn’t show Elena the passion Damon dose. Stefan should try for Caroline or maybe even Bonnie. but that’s just my opinion , TEAM DELENA ALL THE WAY!!!!!
when you first meet damon you think he is some jerk that likes to kill everyone. really he is just injued by katherine and he caant help most of the things he does..he is sweet and i truely believe that he deserves her.he has been through alot throughout his life!& jeremy! him and bonnie would be great because everyone he ever loved DIED! i mean anna, vickie, and his parents.i feel sorry for both of them and i believe damon loves elena and she loves him. she just hasnt admited it to herself!!!
