Twilight Saga Recasting: Who else could play Bella Swan?

Twitter.com – Follow Us! It’s time to re-cast the Twilight Series’ Bella Swan. Get ready right now! Hey guys! Coming to you from the Clevver TV headquarters, I’m Dana Ward with a special re-casting series. Okay, again, it might sound silly to bring this up NOW as the sequels are being produced pronto, but we’re asking who should we re-cast as the role of Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga. I mean, WHAT IF Kristen Stewart had passed on the project or something? Who would you choose to fill the role? Let’s figure it out right now. Right off the bat, a lot of Twilight blogs were wishing Australian actress Emily Browning would be officially named as the film-version of Bella. In fact, it pretty much seems like Browning was the next one in line. She’s about a year and some change older than Stewart, a few inches shorter and can definitely keep up with in the film and tv credits department. Some people have said Kristen seemed very uncomfortable throughout the movie, yet Bella’s character in the book is quite at peace with her introverted self and that Browning could better portray the character as she seems a bit more mature in her acting. What do you guys think about these two? Another possible actress that fans have named as possibly taking over for Stewart is Alexis Bledel. She’s known for her days on Gilmore Girls and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. With this choice, people have said that Kristen’s aloofness was too much in the Twilight movie and that she didn’t seem

Emma Watson or Emily Browning both are REALLY good….
My friends all say i would make one hell of a Bella but i’m only 13, sure i know EVERY line to Twilight and yes i am obsessed with the books, but i would be too young to be Bella… But i could be one badass Bella!!!! GO TEAM SWITZERLAND!!! LOLZ!!!

Kristen Stewarts performance in the first two were laughable, she seemed as if she was a first time actor. Her character never changes and if you watch carefully, she has many facial and head twitches.

Nina Dobrev who plays Elena on Vampire Diaries is really good. and hey, she seems comfortable in vampire genres where the hot vamp leaves and she actually shows human emotions instead of an asthma attack, just saying

    I love Kristen Stewart

Kristen’s okay but in the first movie, she didn’t really have the extreme human beauty that Bella was said to have and her acting isn’t right for Bella. She doesn’t have the right emotion and doesn’t seem to pay enough attention, if that makes sense.
I think Alexis would make a better Bella, she is very emotional in her acting and does what she does well. Even though she is older, she has a youthful beauty to her and she would be awesome :3

@ohsomisskiss i can see this in my head, i think she would of made a good one, the older panabaker i guess is her, but I know who you mean

I don’t like Kristen Stewart for Bella. In all honesty I was pissed when I found out she got the role.
My pick was Emily Browning. She is who? I see as Bella and who i still see in my head when ever I think of Bella Swan. Kristen is cold and distant as Bella and seems uncomfortable with Robert Pattinson. So not a Bella.

DANIELLE PANABAKER IS MY BELLA SWAN.

  • vichita2 said:

I’m so used to Kirsten Stewart playing Bella but I have to say, in the book, Bella was very sensitive, clumsy and cried a lot….in the movie she’s so dry….I don’t think Kirsten has enough innocence to bring out as Bella but oh well…
