Twilight is about a spineless chick with no personality and a stalker/gay/pussy vampire that SPARKLES and doesn’t kill people and watches his girlfriend sleep.
Vampire Diaries is about a girl who is depressed because her parents died, but has a personality and is a fighter and a hot vampire that has killed humans, has an incredibly sexy older brother. Plus people actually die on Vampire Diaries, and they move faster and it is sexier.

Vampire Diaries was published long before Twilight and is a lot better. Elana is kick ass and Stefan isn’t as annoying as Edward. It’s actually good. Unlike Twilight.
If Vampire diaries was nomiated at the MTV Movie Awards they Would blow twilight out the Water.
Vampire Diaries by far…the Elena in the book is more of a stronger character than Bella will ever be and shows girls can be daring main chatacters too ! Elena from the TV beats them both !!
