    @missluvthemedia A vampire has to be invited into a house by the person who lives there as they are not alive. Damon asked Elena if he could come in but said he could as she had invited him in during Episode 3. Also, in the ‘TVD’ world once a vampire is invited in they don’t leave.

    @TheHibye65 You are so right about Ian; the producers owe a good deal of the show’s success to him. I know some girls prefer Stefan because he’s the ‘good’ brother; that’s probably why they ship Stelena because Damon is supposed to be ‘bad’ and Elena can’t be with the ‘bad’ guy…but why on earth not? Maybe when the inevitable happens between Damon and Elena, they will change their minds.

    I find it really odd, and a bit unrealistic, that her brother would actually listen to her and go upstairs, when it’s obvious she doesn’t want Damon there, and especially not when he forced the door open. Other than that though, I love this scene.

    I adore Ian Somerhalder as Damon. He is the show. Ian steals every scene that he’s in. Everytime the actor who plays Stefan is on screen I nearly fall asleep. They should have found an actor to play Stefan who could measure up to Ian’s sex appeal and charisma. I can’t wait until Elena and Damon start hooking up. You know it’s going to happen eventually.

    Haha! Gotta love Damon. He’s got the best lines on the show. And even though he is creepy most of the time he is the most interesting character. He is so unpredictable! Oh, did I mention that hes hot? Just like a bonus ;-)
