I read this a while back, but never got the chance to write a review. However, I will be doing an injustice to readers if I did not deflate the sensationalism of the book alittle. I do not understand how many people like it. After the reading the book I regret ever reading it, I’m a avid reader and usually likes everything I read, but this book made me shake my head with disgust and roll my eyes at the romance between Sookie and the vampire. It was not believable, sappy, and corny. I thought she was vapid and unispiring; always getting into stupid problems. I’m sorry, but I found this book boring and would rather read about Kate Daniels from the Ilona Andrews’ novels because she kicks butt and gets out of situation by herself; besides her romance with the hero sizzles.

package was damaged during shipping, as a result the end 2 books’ corners were also bent, very little. it almost looks like the shipping people were using it as bowling ball! other than that it was brand new & in the wrapper, will consider using them again. just needs work on shipping problem, maybe add a “fragile” label on outside of package?!?!

I made it through 1 book… I thought I was getting interesting novels with suspense and charaters I would know and couldn’t even wait to see what happened next. I was soooo wrong. Not only were the charaters so dumb but also had no depth. I could care less if the vampire killed them all. I didn’t even want to start the next book but wanted to see what everyone who wrote a positive review was getting. Well about 4 pages or so later, I deleted the entire set. Save your money.
