Nina Dobrev Talks Elena/Damon Kiss On ‘The Vampire Diaries’

But lucky for you guys, our friends over at TV Guide just got some serious scoop from the trifecta of stars on the hit show. So what does Nina Dobrev have to say about her own opinions on the Elena-Damon kiss. Well, Nina said that “it was a very beautiful, bittersweet moment that was very short-lived and interrupted by the queen bee,” aka Katherine. However, Nina did note that Katherine totally “saved the day. She did the first good selfless thing, so kudos to Katherine!” As far as any big predictions for next season, Nina said that as far as Elena becoming a mother figure to Jeremy, there’s a little bit of “twist in that department,” but she couldn’t give anything away about that either. Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley didn’t seem to know much either except that next season will have more a “psychological, scare, thriller” aspect to it. IT’s going to be more about the characters in season 3. Paul also said that he “loves the idea of Stefan doing something different,” and he even added that he thinks the audience wants it too. Delena all the way. Damon is more protective of elena and is probably more in love with her than Stefan. It seems like Stefan doesn’t care all that much about elana’s saftey. He will be like Elana dont do it!!! while damon would like lock her up so she cant do it. Once again Damon is better for elena cuz Stefan doesn’t really care about Elena

Stefan would work good as the Bad Boy, definitely needs a change. But i don’t want Damon to lose his Bad Boy quality. Though i also like the idea of Damon showing his softer side. DELENA all the way….shoot bring it on!!!

I thought Stefan was a good guy but he was an Edward copier! No one copys my Edward! But he was lured into the bad side so he can’t help that so I feel bad for him. As for Damon and Elena BRING IT ON! I want more of that. It’s what I’ve always wanted!
I’m not a Delena fan but I’m pretty sure it’s gonna happen so I’m gonna have to deal with that lol. I love Stelena so much but if/when they go the Delena route I’ll be very happy to see some exploration of Stefan/Katherine because I love them too.

Okay, all you people having conniptions over how Stefan becoming the bad boy and all the Delena stuff, relax.
Damon and Elena is happening, you can’t stop it. And you can’t deny the fact that they understand eachother on a level far superior than with Stefan and Elena.
Also, Stefan’s character has become boring, because nothing ever happens with him. Now, this gives us a chance to get to know his character better.
Just because something happens that don’t like, doesn’t mean should slam it.
