Is there any real vampires out there? If so, I want to know and actually talk to one. So please?

I just want to know, because vampires are actually my favorite creatures to learn about. I’ve heard that vampires aren’t real, but I just want to know if Vampires do exist in the human world.

There is one species of vampire, but you can’t talk to it because it’s a bat. It lives in South America.

Yes they are for I know that by experience. At the age of 17 I was walking home one late night when a Vampire attacked me. I was bitten and still to this day do not know how I got away. For three days I was in agony and now I am a vampire. I should be 27 right now but those days have passed. I am still 17. My parents believe I have died and had I funeral for me. It is a sad life and you do not wish to meet one. Live a normal life for I wish I had yours, I want to be human.

There’s people who claim to be “energy” vampires, but there’s no scientific evidence these people actually thrive off the energy of others. They claim they can feed off the “life force” (define that as you wish) of others. There’s also cults of people who think that drinking blood supplies them with energy, but it’s purely a psychological delusion. Most of these people gain no source of significant energy from their donors and have perfectly healthy blood so they have no need for transfusion. The first type of “vampire” is closest to the traditional sense of a vampire. Vampires in traditional folklore were spirits that maintained a life force through depriving the living of theirs. Through historical figures such as Elizabeth Bathory and literary works (Dracula) the modern, Hollywood embellished sense of a blood sucking vampire came about. So, no, vampires are not real, and you will not be encountering an Edward Cullen in the near future. :P

There are a few different types of vampires. Most are smart enough to not announce what they are to the world for obvious reasons.

Most people don’t know scheisse about real vampires. They think they live in Hollywood movies running around at night sucking blood from peoples necks and turning into bats.

    Frequently asked questions:
Do they have fangs?…no, most people are born with canines that are slightly longer than the rest of their teeth so unless they have caps its a no.

Does sunlight hurt them? no, but like most people can be sunburned…and for some, it hurts their eyes.

What about shape shifting? only in movies and dreams

Can I be a vampire? only if you are born that way, you can not be turned by another vampire but another vampire can help you through your “awakening”….tips and such

Do they drink blood? yes some of them do but only from donors
other vampires feed off of peoples energy, these vampires are called Psychic or Psi vampires.

Some people are psychic vampires and don’t even know it. Most real vampires don’t let themselves be known to the world. Some join covens and follow certain rules such as the rules of the Black Veil.

Well, hope this did something in some way.
    Cheers,
    Psy
