Do you think that the people who truly believe they are vampires, are mentally ill??Anyone who actually thinks that they are real or believe that they are one, has a true mental impairment.. what do you think?

yes, but theres also a form of vampirism where people donate blood and they just drink it like wine, I met a guy thats a “vampire” hes told us about it. I guess they could also cut themselves and drink it also. And thats pretty abnormal to but i dont think they actually think there the creatures in mythology and bram stokers book
I think, that, with the world being complex, that some people will actually believe in vampires.
The new HBO show really isn’t helping. Especially the style of advertising.
Seriously, the advertisement, never lets you know that it is actually a tv show.
The first time I saw the commercial I thought:
“Do these people seriously believe that they are vampires ?”
Then Iooked it up and realised it was just a tv drama.
However, there are those that will watch the drama religiously and believe it.
I believe they are real i believe.
You would think that even if someone was a real vampire that they would go to great pains to hide the fact. It’s easy enough to prove or not if they are a vampire. I had a friend years ago with serious mental issues that swore she was dating a vampire, she even paused a movie and took a picture of Armand from “Interview with a Vampire” and tried passing it off as a picture of her boyfriend. Like everyone wouldn’t recognize it. I’m not saying 100% that Vampires don’t exist, I don’t know everything, but the odds are not in their favor. I would carefully watch anyone who says they are a vampire because they most likely do have issues relating to reality.
